Swedish Massage

$70 per 60 minutes

Swedish Massage is the foundation of bodywork.  It combines oils or lotion with gliding, kneading, compression and percussion strokes.  The combination of strokes helps the body improve its circulation, release tension and reduce pain. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and effective for people of all shapes and sizes.  Swedish massage is safe during pregnancy, hospitalization, chronic illness and recovery.

Sessions can also be scheduled for 30-minutes at $40 and 90-minutes at $105.


Deep Tissue Massage

$70 per 60 minutes

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress due to misalignment, repetitive movement, and past injuries. The nature of deep tissue work requires open communication during the session for the most beneficial outcome.  Drinking plenty of water will aid with the flushing and removal of cellular waste that is released during the session.

Sessions can also be scheduled for 30-minutes at $40 and 90-minutes at $105.


Sports Massage

$40 per 30 minutes

Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. The faster pace enhances performance and prolongs the sports career.  Sports massage helps to prevent injury, reduce pain, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates.

Sports massage can also be scheduled for 60-minutes at $70.


Energy Work

$65 per session about 1-hr

Energy work may include techniques from Reiki, Therapeutic Touch and Polarity Therapy.  It is performed with little body contact and/or light touch over clothing.  The therapist works with the energy fields surrounding the body.
